Tips to Save at UCLA

UC tuition is going nowhere but up. How can you get the most out of college financially wise? Here are a few tips that I accumulated through my first year at UCLA. They involve some work, but are well worth the effort. I hope they help.

Want to go on a cheap date? Or just gaze at pretty stars… There are free shows every Wednesday at 8pm, and a telescope viewing after depending on the weather. The shows are located on the very top floor of the MS building, Math Sciences 8224. “Public planetarium shows (suitable for all ages) are given by current astronomy and astrophysics graduate students. Content varies with presenters, but commonly includes discussion about the current night sky, constellations, astronomical phenomena, and more!” Check out their website for more details on the show!
